To the argument [n.139] I say that baptism depends more on the minister as to its being a sacrament, because intention in him is simply requisite, not so in the receiver, because he cannot use reason; but as to a greater or lesser effect in the one baptized being received, baptism depends more on the disposition of the receiver.
